About DS

Lmao such a trash clutch perk.

Literally got to end game hooked 3 people and lost all my work because one person ran borrowed time and they all just run hooked each other at the door and all my work goes down the drain and survivors say the game is favored towards killer what a joke lmao.

But yet we still felt the need to nerf oni into the ground. Haha this game is so hilariously one sided

  • To be honest, Decisive Strike rewards mistakes, just like how DH, UB and the hatch/key mechanic does.. strange that they're top tier right?

    Ub? Drawing a blank at the moment.

    Dh you can bait out if I miss because of dh that's on me now granted if they are at or coming on a pallet it might cost you a loop but so long as they didn't get to a god loop or really strong loop you should be able to make up that lost time and again it's completely baitable

    The only reason I use it at all is cause weirdly there's still a lot of killers who don't bait it out even in red rank. If more killers had patience it's be a garage perk. I actually think bl, lithe, SB are better in all honesty. The only good thing about DH is your guaranteed to always have a chance to at least USE it whenever you want barring insta downs.

    Vs DS there's no true counter.

    As for key and hatch yeah those can be frustrating because it allows survivor to escape that didn't deserve it but that's only once in blue moon those have cost me a survivor or 2 (if it was key hatch) and you can still kill key person they are least have to go out of their way to get it now and closing hatch at the end well that's kind of a gamble I wouldn't say that leans one way or the other. It does offer a survivor opportunity that they really dont deserve. But the mechanic itself is random all about where it spawns and who can find it so that's all luck.

  • If they reduced the timer from 60 to 40 I think it'd be alright

    You know I still wouldn't like it cause there's no counter play BUT it would be MUCH more tolerable. Because at least it wouldn't be so dang long. My solution would be to set it so that it can only activate if killer has made it to bloodlust 1. Once bl1 is hit the user gets to use it once WHENEVER the killer picks them up no time limit.

    This punishes the killer for not being able to end a chase quickly rewards strong looping, and prevents the perk from being a waste and it was earned. It's be semi similar to old except it's completely based on who is better at loops and gives at least a semblance of counter play.

    But I think even a time reduction would be good

    What type of counter play would you like? You can tunnel the survivor if you say please?

    @OtakuFreak

    If that were true, so does No Ed, Spirit Fury, Camping + Make Your Choice, etc etc.

    Listen, if you're going to go there don't pretend as if the killer side doesn't have stuff that is considered "top tier".

    IDC if a perk is top tier there's always going to be a tier of perks, my point was that there is zero counter play to DS because for survivors it grants way to much passively even if slugged it's a perk there has zero counter play and slugged or not you ALWAYs benefit from the perk.
