The broken tinkerer (no terror radius) should be made into a hex perk
I used it yesterday not knowing it was bugged and I pulled 3 survivors off of gens in one game and they were not prepared for it, they were so scared.

Only if DS and other key survivor perks are made into Survivor Fetishes the Killer can discover and kick over.
I got tinkerer 2 on the Wraith...Might give it a whirl for shits and gigs just to see what the fuss is about over it.
