New perk vigil?
Can vigil get a buff, rework or something alike? It's pretty weak to be "very rare" perk.

Older and weaker perks are almost every single big patch (mid-chapters and chapters) getting few perks better and stronger.
Don't worry, I think Vigil is on their list. They just need more time.
