Not the only one. I have more ebony mori than bps all the time.
im actually get surprised when i see a bp offering. ive put probably about 10-15 mil bp into the blood web of my mains, and almost never see bp offerings. hella lame.
Because there are plenty of green addons/offerings that those slots get taken by other things besides BPS.
There's only three Ultra rares for the web to produce so you have a better chance of seeing one of them each web.
