(Legion main) 15 seconds to mend at base, 20 with both blade add-ons. (Sloppy idea *20%*) base is now 18 seconds with proposed changes, 24 seconds with both blade add-ons, and this is before you heal.... So I think they don't need to buff time required to mend.
Imagine thana, dying light and sloppy combined with legions blades.
