So late? They should already have opened it! One tome per week would be optimal and not every 2 weeks.

The dates for Tome 3 and 4 have a even longer period.

If there would be a new tome every week, things would become repetitive very soon and casual players might struggle to complete a tome.

This doesn't make sense. Opening a tome doesn't close the previous one, so it doesn't matter for casuals cuz they can work on them on their own speed.
