Where is the edge of the potato field?
The point at which survivors are mostly good, know when to rescue, know when to do gens. Are always doing something useful?
On PS4 I think its about rank 9. Its a revelation and the game actually becomes easier. Sorry old news I know but worth pointing out to people struggling in the lower ranks.

It really depends on the time of month. Given enough time, even complete potatoes can get decently far in the rankings.
Actually the most fun ranks to play in are purple ranks, below purple ranks (grey to green) you can find potatoe teammates every match and steady facecampers/tunnelers as killers, whyle above purple ranks you'll only get to play against Freddy and Spirit with an ocasional Billy or Nurse which implies SWF is a must to have a decent fair match.
