  • Up vote, both 20k challenges are bugged. I read playing Bubba sort of fixes it for the killer, which I found worked for me, don't know if it's cuz of Bubba or just chance.

    Played the Objectives one, not running any perks to grant speed or extra bloodpoints, I have used an offering for objective, I got the points in that particular match, I believe.

    I did solo some gens, not all - didn't get the points

    I'm on Win 7 64-bit SP1. As of patch 4.2 my game won't launch either. I get the initial easy anti-cheat loading with the dbd splash screen, then it goes away and the game doesn't launch after that. I do not get any error messages or notifications. I have both verified files and completely uninstalled and deleted the files and re-installed it, but the same thing happens. Worked perfectly fine prior to the update.

    This actually worked. An unofficial fix, but I can launch the game now, and to think I wasted 2 hours re-downloading and re-installing the game. Cheers dude!

  • I just completed mine after 4 attempts. At first I would just jump on gens and tried to complete them. This obviously led to me only doing max 3 while others popped the remaining. I then finally realised the only way to do it is to be sneaky. Run around the map looking for other survivors on gens. This way it only takes 40 odd seconds, then run around again to see if another survivor is on a gen. Even if you just touch it towards the end. Also means playing selfishly and not going altruistic.
