These changes sound great to me but I am slightly worried that it will be easier for legion to hit once with feral frenzy and then let power deplete and hit with regular M1 because of his movement speed buff.

The problem is that at high ranks everyone already has the vials completed, I have to play with my brother who is at a lower rank so I can play with people who can still harvest.
