I did, they asked me for my computer specs and other usless questions that has nothing to do with my problem, they have a check list that is regardless of your problem.
It's almost impossible to get in touch with a technichian.

Well, at some point there is a thing called "coincidence". Sure it is annoying, ill give you that, but it will probably change again. Try talking to you're teammates after the match, if they have similar problems. Also, maybe ask a support, there's a limit on what a forum can do. Either way good luck.
Nobody ever answers in the lobby neither before nor after the match - ever, I'm starting to think they are bots.

I only use the pride flag on survivors because all the others look odd just hanging from the belt. But for killers I use a wide variety of charms that match their lore, not just the shiny ones.
What charms do you usually see with the auric cell charm?

I havent seen an AFK Killer in almost half a year, either you are very unlucky or you are playing at some weird hours against bots coded to farm shards, that being said I dont play Survivor much lately so my data may not be huge.
I mostly play 12PM to 22PM standard European time.

I never get any afk killers. Maybe it's due to your mmr or time u play? Or maybe even a lot of people in your region like to afk, I have no idea. I don't think I've had an afk killer this year tbh. Kinda wish I got one every now and then just to break it up a bit 😥
I play 8 hours a day now and am rank 1.

One time it was pretty funny though, as the killer was the wraith, invisibly standing around and I just bumped into him ^^
It was like that for me too earlier but last two days it has been only AFK killers, about 50 trials in total.

Hey friends, I checked my internet now and I have 300/300 Mbit full duplex fibre optics internet and some 330 other games installed on my computer.
It is ONLY when I am connected to the DBD server I get these lag spikes, not in any other multiplayer game.
Can some expert please explain to me how I can have a bad internet that only affects me when I am connected to the DBD server but works perfect when I am connected to any other multiplayer server?

The forum banner is nothing to do with issues of high ping. DDos is a complete loss of service, so you'd have no internet connection for example.
I would definitely look further into your internet connection if you are experiencing ping that high in games.
