So you're saying Lithe is an issue? It's not the new perk then? Technically speaking you'd get the same distance as you did without it, arguably more if the killer kicked the pallet, but if you lift the pallet up you can just keep going after them, potentially keeping bloodlust too:
-What if you are a mobility killer you can rush them down anyways
-If there is another survivor nearby, they can't use that pallet, the other player has made it difficult for them
Like it's too early to tell rn, It's something new and unique, if you were Jason you can punish the vault to begin with, with the spear too and huntress. Let survivors have something new for once.i think you dont want to understand the issue of "reset a pallet with 0 counterplay from the other side", do you?

Diminishing returns says hello
it's still a pallet blocked off for 60sthe lithe issue isnt stacking speed. the issue is having lithe activate at all, making it even more free than it already is. any means is balanced because it punishes killers for not kicking pallets. throttle doesnt give you a chance.
and after 60s its a pallet again. that can again be used to activate lithe and be reset and after another 60s its shack pallet the third and so on and so on. this perk is horribly designed, lets be real

It locks the pallet off for 60 seconds, which can actually backfire for the survivors, there is a few anti pallet killers and perks you could use maybe to counter it. Honestly feel it's fine to experiment with new kinds of perks for survivor especially now Diminishing returns exists.
you can combine it with lithe and that shack pallet will hurt in 1 minute as much as it does the first time. right after saying "we don't intend to change pallet density" this perk feels like a slap in the face

Currently, there are no plans to look at the pallet density. Pallet density was last changed in 9.3.2 to address the rest of the feedback and find a middle ground between Killers and Survivors after the original pallet density changes. What is currently in the game is the current pallet density, and they are behaving as expected.
Whilst the team doesn't have any specific plans to share, the team is always open to feedback and we want to iron out any bugs. Specific screenshots of areas and other information is always helpful and passed along. These can be added to the Forums feedback section or suspected bugs can be added to BetaHub so that we can look into any major issues.
I'm sorry but this feels like bhvr really does not care about the killer players at all. you have every other content creator talking about how many busted pallets there are, survivor and killer mains alike.
it also doesn't matter how safe or unsafe they are since you can chain too many strong loops with the small tiles that never seem to run out. I don't have the time to do a 20s mindgame around a "weak pallet" every single chase as an m1 killer with no mobility power. just load into a few macmillans, especially iron works, groaning storehouse and shelter woods. or literally any map in that realm. or autohaven, or borgo. there are just too many pallets chaining each other while some other maps *still* feel empty.
some maps needed changes, yes. but not every map. the only reason it's halfway bearable is because we never play on these maps lately anyway because there only seems to be lerys, Hawkins, midwich, toba and nostromo, even after last update.
if I find the time I can take some screenshots. but 18+ pallets on every map is just not great game design when 70% of your characters cannot deal with them and only get kills because the other side is either a lot worse or gives up/disconnects because they throw a hissy fit over whatever happened in that match.
I really used to like spending my evenings with this game but I can't do more than 2 killer games in a row without coming close to a heart attack from the stress it takes to get a 2k. meanwhile I don't feel like booting up solo queue because my teammates just DC or grief for literally any tiny reason.

After Sprint Burst on command on a 20 secod exhaustion timer I didnt think you could buff survivor even more but you've outdone yourself and brought back the herbs that are absolutely useless on killer but game breaking on survivor side. the rework of the killer classes was nice but adding flashlight to the bully experience after waiting 20 minutes in line just doesnt feel nice, especially since there is no counter besides having your teammate standing in front of you since everybody and their mom simply goes down in the open. I really enjoyed 2v8 in the first few iterations but after a while it only got more and more dull. play while you wait was a great addition if it wasnt for the fact that playing survivor in this mode is about as stimulating as a bag of flour. but sure, with enough pallets and enough ways to instantly heal yourself even you can experience being n00b3 for a day. i really want to love this mode, i really really do, but with the direction it is going it seems more like a 2-4 week break from dbd for me. or at least minimal activity. to get some challenges done.
I don't want to sound rude but people have been asking for SB on command to be removed since the first time you added it but it is still here. Guess I'll try Civilization for a while :c
edit: just want to mention again that i absolutely love this game and i understand why 2v8 keeps returning, but please make it more interactive for both roles.
maybe rework the tonics as a sort of "stored" sprint burst. so not everyone has it active at all times and it is a limited amount. for killers maybe let it have either the current haste effect but also on demand or something like the remote break from the anniversary which would help a lot with the large amount of pallets on the map. or something like a very quick break one time -
this one feels alright, it's a tiny map with now finally a decent amount of pallets and spawning in doesn't feel like an automatic win for killer anymore
-
too many fillers on maps that were previously completely fine. now insane setups with god pallets into tiles into another god pallet spawn way too often
-
this realm was one of the few that actually needed some love pallet wise but it's just too much now. especially maps like Thompson House now have 4-5 very safe pallets all connected to each other on either side of main but the middle still is a big deadzone.
