Wait if you dc you can get banned?
i had no idea it's not something i worry about since i never dc on purpose.
i mean if net gose down i cant help that lol.
but that said i honestly dont see the point in dc'ing
look at it this way if your against a killer you dont like its good practice to get better against them. and if your against a lag switcher then if you play smart and just hide do gens and get out surely that as a giant FU!! is worth more than dc'ing with rage?

Play without add-ons (or just using white add-ons) and without Ruin or aura perks. You want to learn how to play "core" killer. Once you get comfortable with that you can start using Ruin/aura perks and good add-ons. If you start off using this stuff you will never learn the basics of being a killer. You will probably win a lot at first because survivors at low ranks are awful, then you will start losing a lot. DO NOT GIVE UP! Learn from your mistakes. Accept it as part of getting better.
The hardest parts of killer are time management and tracking. You have to know how to prioritize stuff, how to optimize your pathing, how to find and chase survivors, and how to disrupt survivor objectives. Don't be afraid to give up a chase to protect a gen or hook if it something you REALLY need to do. Most killer mains don't even understand this, they just chase without thinking then complain they lost when they never applied any sort of map pressure.
Just practice. Pick a killer you like and play them and only them until you get good enough with a killer you can branch out.

I understand where your coming from.
Couple of things though. 1 if you take away the need for the totems then the survivors loose points.
and 2 if you take away totems then NOED becomes so over powered that you will loose survivor mains witch in turn will break the game cause there would be no balance to it. IMO

TBH if you do the basics and as survivor thats do gen dont do stupid unhooks ect and as killer dont camp or tunnel then i dont see why people should complain.
i think they do it either cause there salt intake is to high or they are just bad and trying to make themselves feel better at your expense lol.

Maybe even the niche things if you find room for it (because you can't hit DS): Well make it, Unbreakable, Prove Thyself, Well gonna live forever.
Perhaps you want to replace SB with a different exhaustion perk, but I would say SB is superior, because of the ease of use.
I can agree with the reason for SB but i feel that i trigger it to often so i dont get right use from it lol.

My question is this, With the Changes you have made to the ranking system. if your making it so hard to rank up why are you making us new mid teir killers?
Dont get me wrong please i love the concept of the new killer and survivor but at the end of the day if your making it this hard to rank up and stay there then we need more top tier killers. other wise all we will see if games of none stop billys/nurses and huntresses.
I love the new DLC content btw and props for the concept i love how unique it is.
