  • It would be great for me if cross platform happens my bro plays PC and friends are xbox while I'm on ps4

  • I normally play as the killer and this doesn't really bother me but when I have played survivor there has been a number of times when someone DC then the hatch wouldn't work.

  • That's so true at first I thought it was just that I hadn't quite figured him out yet, but there isn't really much you can do to redeem him without the devs reworking him all together. Playing as the clown feels completely underpowered as if the survivors see him and think oh it's just the clown no threat at all.

  • That's exactly what I'm talking about a werewolf type character cold bring interesting gameplay and could change things up. A werewolf would probably have tracking skills and a speed based power.

  • I agree with you the reload time makes the clown frustrating and wide open areas nearly make the clowns bottles useless

  • I hope we get it crossplay I have alot of family that plays pc while I'm on ps4

This has happened to me before. I hope you were still able to hook them.

The same has happened to me on the pig I was stuck long enough for the survivors to tbag me and pop two gens

  • Dream demon power should include sleep deprivation. This is something he actually uses in his movies to keep people in the dream world.

Haveing a culmative effect building up the difficulty of skill checks and the amount of time it takes to wake survivors.

Either by level or tokens the culmative effect should increase everytime a survivor is put into the dream state and slowing increase to next level the longer they remain in the dream state.

At the max level the survivor will no longer be able to leave the dream state and the entity will block the gate for a few seconds

What do you think people of the fog

  • I like the idea of the clown's set up but I wish the bottles had different effects on the survivors.

One of the first things I wish it had was that instead of something that makes the survivors scream or cough I think that laughing gas would be perfect for the clown. That when the survivor gets wasted they start manically laughing. With different add ons that make the survivors hallucinate, similar to the doctor's madness but different. Such as they may see fake gens or boxes that when you try to repair or open them they explode in confetti or red balloons or blood then survivor breaks into the manical laughter revealing their position.

The gas could also have add ons to blind survivors ie tear gas.

What do you think people of the fog?

  • That's a great idea. We should all be able to interact with the environment to some degree build ladders or knock them over. Have other ways then just pallets to obstruct the killers path. And when a generator is powered it should change things in the environment such as open/close doorways change what's safe and what's not.

They should also have puzzles to solve for some levels instead of generators, to change up the game a little.
  • I think a split screen play as survivors online would be great both players would use their own accounts characters and items but be able to work together in new ways. To make up for the auditory heartbeat warning so it  that it doesn't confuse the players maybe either a visual warning like black fog at the edges of their screen or making the controller vibrate with the heartbeat.
  • I like this idea it's better then the current frenzy. Also I think that the killer should still be able to see the scratch marks while in frenzy. The frenzy ability itself has a big weakness  in tight areas making it easy for survivors to abuse this weakness and disappear leaving the killer lost and frustrated.
  • The devs should also add sleep deprivation to the dream demon power. In the movies it's one of the ways freddy terrorized his victims.

It would increase the chance of skill checks on survivor actions and increase the difficulty of skill checks every time the survivor is put back into the dream world. To balance this this effect wont affect the survivor while in the dream world.
  • To create this situation blood warden could have the added affect of blocking the gates for those in the dream world
  • If you escape in a dream then you haven't really escaped right. I dont think survivors in the dream world should be able to walk out the gates with the exception of the hatch. And there should be a culmative effect on the dream demon power making easier to put survivors in the dream world and harder to wake them. To balance this there should ways for lone survivors to wake themselves by cleansing totems
  • I'm not sure how I feel about the teleport to generators maybe the ability to teleport to a space that has been marked by the killer. But I dont think freddy needs this.

As for determining the generator progression from distance would be fine as a add on for freddy.

Having survivors start I  the dream world would be to much of a crutch.

I think freddy's power needs a culmative affect. That if a survivor is put in the dream world it becomes easier to bring them back in every time, and harder to wake them. At the same time survivors shouldn't be able to escape while in the dream world if there are hex totems still on the map, excluding the hatch. Besides if you escape in a dream then you haven't really escaped have you. And cleansing a hex totem should wake the survivor as a way to save themselves.

If you are up against experienced survivors freddy feels almost useless at times I feels like this can help balance it to some degree
