This is a pretty funny post, it almost feels like a troll attempt.
I mean, the video you show to make us empathize with you contains footage of successful counterplay done well. Not PH's fault you can't dodge his attack afterwards.
Every killer has a right to camp if they want to, especially when the entire rest of the team is right in front of him. What is he supposed to do? Walk away and give you a free escape?
You are the entitled survivor straw-man.

Additionally, Psycho isn't, in my opinion, transphobic. Norman isn't so much transsexual as he is unwilling to let go of his mother whom he most likely killed because of her abuse.
however
A crossdressing killer running around in the game with absolutely no context may very well alienate transsexual players. Not to mention it wouldn't be scary at all.

I've always wanted a perk that involves the light generated from completed generators.
My hope would be:
Standing in a radius of 2 meters from a completed generator inspires you with hope. All status effects disappear 30/40/50 percent faster and healing speed when healing or being healed is increased by 50/60/70 percent.
The numbers may seem quite high but you have to keep in mind one needs to spend time running to a generator to actually use the perk. In fact, I would sooner increase the stats than decrease them.
