Is it putting you against red rank survivors? You did a really good job of hiding your name. I'm not calling you a liar, but you are going out of your way to dodge the point I am clearly making, which is curious.
It's really easy to say you are, and show us a picture of 4 survivors in a post game lobby. Anyone could do that with anyone else's screenshot. Now if you show us a legitimate screenshot without your own name conveniently cropped out without continuing to bob and weave your way out of doing it, then I'll gladly give you props. But you clearly had that image in photoshop at some point. The white border screams it.
Again - not saying you're lying. But you're being quite disingenuous telling us "I did this", providing a screenshot, but hiding your own name for no reason, and then proceeding to dodge the question when confronted about it. Stop deflecting, dude. Or maybe, you're just buying yourself time so you can create a more elaborate shop job. We'll see.
What are you on about, reverse image searches are a thing and are very easy to do. It's extremely easy to verify whether these pictures come from him or not.

A killer perk tier list is kinda weird to do because some perks are far better on different killers, and some perks only truly work in combination with other perks. I think you'd need a complex tier list accounting for these things to really get a solid list. Either that or you take all perks at face value with no thought to synergy with killers & other perks in which case this list changes a lot.

Except you're not always dead when you're the last survivor. There are multiple perks available for a survivor that, just because they're downed and the last survivor, will not mean they're doomed.
To implement this idea is to render all those perks null and void and destroy builds meant to counter slugging, which is widely considered to be extremely unfun.
So, I don't really understand this argument. The conditions of a Cypress Mori is to be the last survivor alive, meaning if you're downed in such a state, in almost every circumstance the game is over with you dying aside from the killer having mercy. The only perks that would be nullified from this would be flip flop, boil over, and very rarely decisive. Unbreakable & anti-slugging perks (aside from flip flop) would function the exact same way as without Cypress Mori base kit. It also doesn't really make slugging any stronger or weaker than as is, all in all the suggested change would just make it so that instead of being hooked and dying instantly, you get Mori'd instead.
