Not a joke. I'll bet my house slugging becomes the new norm in order to keep games from being done in 4 minutes

NO!, now is not the time for sluging, now's the time for crouching, there we go.

Not at all but gotta slow the game down...just a little bit.

No, now is not the time for jokes.

Don't worry. With the new slug meta it won't be an issue

Hmm... maybe, but is that really fun for either side?

  • My friend, heed my warning now, the long, dark queue times are coming,

  • I don't really think that change will matter, Killers are gonna start leaving in droves soon anyways so why bother?

  • Anyone feeling a little Revolutionary as of late?,

On a serious note all jokes aside, This bias is going to gut the game from the inside out, And I think it may be necessary to get that good old Dark times death timer ticking again. Because this right here is pulling a 2016/2017 all over again. gens go too fast therefore Ruin was ran, but without early game impact who's gonna be helped? Trapper, well forget him, he's already bit the dust, Demogorgon has to set up portals just have map pressure. And no Corrupt Intervention will not be a very viable substitute.

  • Well killers are gonna be leaving in droves soon anyways so I don't think it really matters.

I think the current stats are fine. I want to suggest an added ability for when the Survivor using the Saboteur perk has any green or purple toolbox they can Sabotage the Generator to not regress after being kicked for a potential total of 180 seconds, progress will remain at the last amount of progress until the time expires.

    Toolboxes must be at 100%.

Excludes Brown and Yellow toolboxes and also the Green toolbox that only repairs (I forget the name).

The perk would display two skill checks like Brand New Part. Each successful skill check will gain 90 seconds to stack toward 180 seconds max. The same Generator cannot be sabotaged more than once.

Or... They could just make saboteur permanently sabotage a hook, but to a limited degree. Example?

Saboteur change: tier 1 only disables a hook for 3 minutes ( the base number)

Tier 2: Sabotage 1 hook ( Must be completed using the perk, and cannot be started using a toolbox. )

Tier 3: Sabotage 2 hook(s) ( Must be completed using the perk, and cannot be started using a toolbox. )

Everytime you disable/sabotage a hook, your aura is revealed to the killer for a duration of 10/8/6 seconds. Saboteur has a cooldown in-between hook damage [Though honestly this bit could be removed at your guys discretion.]

    Anyway, what do think?

Don't think the majority really feels like her base kit rework was justified enough.

    I quote from McLean,

"The Nurse was very unpleasant for Survivors" thus the decision for the base recharge rework for her blinks.

There is plenty of UNPLEASANT things in the game like iridescent hatchets, and keys, but a perfectly balanced base kit in which provided high-risk high reward was what was deemed most "unpleasent" aside from Omegablink... ok

Now, due to the blink recharge mechanic, she is slightly too high-risk for the reward.

Her add ons deserved to be nerfed, I'm surprised Omegablink was in the game for that long.. but if you listened to the majority of feedback, you'd see most people did not approve of the base kit changes.

That's all, just here saying you guys should revert those changes. Playing Nurse feels so... the opposite of fluid. Just an opinion and feedback.

I have to agree, The way nurse is currently just doesn't work like maybe the dev's intended. Now that might have to do with the fact that BHVR is terrible at taking feedback, but Nurse is a chance at proving the opposite.

Anyway, the current form of the nurse does not work, and cannot work. She's too slow, therefore she gets looped, therefore she has to blink. But something else most seem to not realize is that Nurse is dependent on using her blinks to get around as well as chase.

Now slap a cooldown on that, and anyone with an IQ of 60 or up can see the problem with that. Fatigue was already set in motion, but if they were so concerned about losing LOS, then Nurse should receive the same vignette the Legion suffers when fatigued. Morale of the story?, get rid of the cooldown on her blinking power altogether.

Hell, even if its not a vacuum I got a wiggle bar to 100% sometime last week but still got hooked. If it's mid animation and your character is not yet on the hook, it should still count as wiggling out.

Vacuums also happen for unhooking, gens, and exit gate doors. I've been with friends who say they let go but get pulled off regardless. Usually this happens because of vacuums (or the game just lags/doesn't register they let go).

Vacuums and crap like this need to get fixed for real.

Thank you. Someone else who gets it!

Wait, so your counter to people "complaining" as you put it is "raising your voice", caps lock, a threat to quit the game, and a demand to stop listening to complaints? Bruh what are you doing right now??

The arguments for Spirit fixes are sound, what you just said... sorry, complete opposite.

The thing is though, we find ourselves at a yet another Nurse situation (I'm not saying Spirit's base power is alike to the Nurse's) where we have a killer whose (in all actuality) one add on is the main source of the "Problem" that people have with the Spirit.

I mean, let's be honest here Prayer Beads is the only real add on that feels like aids to play against on the Spirit, her other other add ons do exactly as in intended, i.e. Enhancement of her base power (common - rare) while her Very Rare - Ultra Rare are mean't to spice things up for the player.

Let's also keep in mind too that the creation of the Spirit was (more than likely) a response to the literal fact that killers sucked to play back then.

Who's next on the list? (After spirit of course)

    Umm, obviously The Trapper duh...

Why does the gen time need to be increased? Is it so killers can kill more survivors and 4K's become even more prevalent?

Not necessarily for some 4ks ( though I'll be honest that would be slightly nice) I'm just tired of gen going by so quick

  • @Slipknirvana said:

Could take a page out of the unspeakable games bag. Such as finding a fuse to install in a power box in the killers basement before gens can be repaired because that makes sense. Other wise it could easily be placed around the main building in each level.

Maybe, just maybe, that could work

Supposedly they are working on extra objectives to be completed in order to slow the game down, but that's been like a year+ in production so who knows where they're at.

True, but don't you think, maybe, they would have rolled out at least a small solution by now? no matter how small?
