  • Agreed. I'd put the time at 1.5-2 seconds of work to stop regression.

  • I am not enjoying it. I've been at this for 1-2 weeks and I'm facing red tier survivors with my Freddy and get curb stomped. Like ######### am I suppose to do against these people and then I get punished? F this #########. Now I see why I quit way back when.

I'm about to go full troll and facecamp the ######### out of some people with Insidious. I don't even care about the loss of point because I'm already only getting 5-10k. Why should I suffer in this ######### by myself? Maybe some moron will come by and try to save them and I can get more than 1 stack on my BBQ and Chili.

I blame this game more and more because it's stupid. From it's bugs to catering to Survivors. I literally feel like I'm smashing my face into my keyboard.

At first it was fun because I was learning with other people that felt like they were similar to me, but now I search for a match for ~5 mins to just face god survivors. And God help any brown tiers that face my yellow tier ass because they are getting destroyed.

  • All I see on this forum is survivors wishing they could cripple killers more and more. Where-as Killers are asking to not get raped by red tier survivor groups. I personally think, this game needs to be balanced from the top down not from the bottom up. There's no hope for low tier killers when the broken MMS puts them against a red tier SWF. It just turns into a gang-bang and that's wrong on so many levels.

There aren't enough killers because they get their ######### pushed in 70% of the time so they quit. Here you guys are asking for the devs to make it so even more killers quit. There are so many core problems that balancing the game almost doesn't even matter.

    1) MM sucks and the whole tier system is meaningless

    2) SWF (Voice comms) defeats the purpose of many killer perks (that are suppose to deny info to survivors)

    3) Major bugs. Some being people getting stuck in the map! Inexcusable.

Survivors control the flow of the game. Killers in the most part just react to the survivors making mistakes. If the survivors are flawless then there is very little the killer can do. The killer might as well not even play. Pretty much you can only play certain killers (ones that counter looping) to even hope to be able to deal with survivors and that's far from a guarantee.

I think that not being able to see the killer allows there to be more suspense while playing survivor. I know that most survivors these days just want to pretend they're seal team 6... err 4, with comms and preset paths and strategies to win. As it is, survivors already get too much information, and if anything, playing as survivor could be more fun if there was less info.

Agreed the last thing a "Horror" 4v1 game needs is more info in the game. The more info, the less horror. How many horror movies have you seen where they do a bio on the killer at the start of the movie?

    Turn off the chat.

I was literally coming here to suggest a setting to mute all chat by default. I'm surprised its not an option with how toxic this community is.

  • If camping goes then flashlights should go too. Take the most toxic things for both sides out of the game.

  • Yeah I'd rather just never see any after game chat. It's 95% of the time not worth it and annoying. Either 1) I'm facing a high level survivor team and they are going to ######### on me, or 2) it's a good game and I still don't have anything I want to say.

  • There definitely needs to be an appropriate MMS. A good MMS would allow players to grow in skill in an appropriate way without getting them tilt'ed.

Look at League of Legends as an example. When you play an unranked game you are still matched with appropriate players 99% of the time. It reduces the stress of playing with someone that brings the game down for everyone.

Now are there enough people around your skill level? Probably, but you'll definitely make new players toxic by sticking them in extreme mismatched games. They'll think the game is dumb at the very least. FYI this game is really poorly done and has no quality control.

Ya know devs you could’ve just made decisive so u only need to be hooked instead of adding a timer which is actually dumb as hell, and camping is not strategy it’s poor gameplay which shouldn’t be rewarded, literally have been getting nothing but face campers, hey idea how about u make it so the killers are blocked off from the survivor from a certain range as long as their hooked, don’t say it can’t be done because it can

Is this sarcasm? What do you think insidious is for?

The devs are going to get right on your guaranteed win. Did you want tan item that if you have it you win? What else would like? The ability to kill the killer? Flashlight them and then someone has a knife item and they slit the killers throat? As a result, survivors get infinite points and killers can never earn points again, as they deserve, those filthy killers. GG ez noob killer.

Volumetric fog is NOT giving an advantage. Do you even researched what it is before saying that?

    Of course he didn't

  • Usually I hate following one survivor for too long. I feel like I'm wasting my time. Usually they are very skilled at looping and are doing it to distract me. There isn't a great pay off for catching them after 2 min chase if at all since I have ######### perks.

If they are the designated looper, you'll know when you go off to check a Gen, they'll follow. At that point I know they are going to try their best to prevent me from completing any of my objectives. That's when I play as dirty as I can and do my best to return the favor. If I can get someone that person becomes bait, because that's the only way to possible catch someone with a God flashlight and perks that let them fly off like Speedy Gonzales.

Mostly I run around patrolling gens and that is fun, but in general tunneling is boring and can result in a huge waste of time for me with few points.
