Camping happens in all ranks, but especially from white to green ranks. It guarantees the killer a kill and that's why most do it. Thankfully once you get to purple and red ranks, once a killer camps the others finish the gens and leave, making the killer only get one kill. But yes it can be very frustrating early on
Hoping to get past green soon but people like this guy don't make it easy haha, it seems recently its happening more frequently
