When I use iri huntress, I only do double hook then farm with the survivor. Though I know some survivor just suicide on hook, not blaming them. If I face an iri huntress, I suicide on hook too, because most of the time they're not going to farm with the survivor, the game feel like zero chance to win to keep me stay in game.
Instead of suicide, which btw is screwing over the other survivors, practice dodging hatchets that match or be more sneaky. Huntress can't hatchet what she can't see.
Also, what makes a match more unfun and unfair to Survivors is first hook suicides and DC s. But yeah.......the huntress with the iri heads is the toxic one......BTW, advice to survivors as it is what I do. If i get hooked and face camped, I wait through first phase .... Then Struggle till my time runs out. Most survivors just kill themselves. Why? When playing survivor you're part of a team. And one thing we need to do is distract the killer. You on a hook with a face camper means the others can pop gens. So the killer screwed you, oh well, don't screw the rest of your team over. Stay on that hook as long as possible.

Just had a match with a rank 4 killer playing pig. I was able to loop her well and she had given up on the chase multiple times and decided to just tunnel two of my other teammates. ( the minute one was taken off hook she would go straight for the injured one) I had only been hit once, never hooked. I managed to do all but one gen when the time came and I was the last one alive. She immediately closed hatch and found me and one hit down me with NOED. Honestly I’m not the best player but even I knew she wasn’t that great, at least with Pig. It sucks that I did pretty amazing that match and got screwed over by a perk a lot of people use to get a free kill. It feels like my efforts were undetermined very cheaply by this perk. I’m not saying get rid of NOED but perhaps if there’s only one other survivor left then NOED shouldn’t activate. Like to me NOED is used as a last ditch effort when all the survivors are still alive endgame and the killer hasn’t gotten anyone.
If you did carry your team, then you probably got 2 points towards rank. So what's the problem?

See.... that attitude just makes you a try hard or sweaty gamer. If you need those kinda add ons to kill everyone. Sure, the survivors died because they didn't "git gud" but you're also not really that good either if you're relying on such broken add ons. Nice try though.
No, if they all died it was because I out skilled them for that match. It idiotic to think everytime you win it's because the other players suck. They mens you suck if you only beat sucky players. And I'm saying this because so many have that attitude. Especially in fighting games. "Hah you suck bro". Well, do you ever beat anyone good?
And speaking of sweaty and try hard, best example is hooking 1 of the 4 live survivors during EGC. Lol. All the tricks they have come out. Such try hards. I'm just here chillin admiring my hooked trophy.

Yeah, you don't set the cut off for people's experiences mattering buddy.
As for the OP, you used the most obnoxious addon in the game and are surprised they're mad? Not saying they weren't a bunch of little shits, but you can't claim innocence when you're chucking insta downs with hit boxes the size of a mini fridge.
I can understand iris can be obnoxious, but it's part of the game. I'm not doing trick shots, blind shits, slugging, or doing anything outside of what is designed to be part of the game. But then survivors dm me with insults and call me the toxic one simply for having iri heads. And in that situations, who exactly is being toxic?

I just suicide on hook when i see theres iri. No interest to waste time on a game already lost especially if 2 people DCd the 1st minute
It's not a homing missile. Suicide on first hook is agitating as a survivor, as a killer well then I feel bad for the others because their teammate decided to give up. I've been in 2 games where 2 people DC, and in both times me and the other 2 survivors go back and forth on gens hits and heals. We all get points and they get to live to see another day. You should think about your team, otherwise why play survivor?

Are you that guy with a name I <3 4k that always plays iri huntress?
I don't find it toxic btw.
Nope. And I don't use iri just to get 4ks,it's been a good game if I get a ton of hooks. And honestly, there have been games with no kills and very few hooks when I use Iri. If I'm playing and my mind isn't in it 100%,then I can't land hatchets with a controller.

It's not toxic' but you HAVE to be aware of how much of a crutch iri head is and how much less if a game the survivors will be getting.
You really have to be in the mood to put up with a range insta down the size of a whale for 10-20 minutes.
It's not toxic' it's just taking a lot of the skill out of the ability and thus a lot of the fun out of the game when one mistake means you're down.
I understand what you mean, but it's not my situation at all. These survivors do a pretty great job at dodging my hatchets. Using iri heads forces me to make sure I am utilizing them well, so I'm not the killer that just finds you and downs you. It's a good back and forth. When I don't get that clean shot then they just run around in one case a truck and I can never catch them so I have to move on. So I'm a killer that isn't great with the hatchets and gets looped rather easily. I think some players just see iri head and auto response with "Toxic Kilker!" Because in my case, it's never a quick 4k game. Never, unless they really F up ofcourse which is very rare. And even then I'll give them chances. And in cases where I accidently down a just unhooked survivor, I let them be healed back up. Yes, I'm using iri as a crutch, but crutches are necessary when your leg is broken.

No chance of winning is not true. You can beat them easy, admittedly if the Huntress is a bad aim.
That said I played her with iri heads once and I wasn't missing too many shots, but there was like an unbreakable, a kobe and a deliverance which reset the game 3 separate times. It was crazy and I would have lost to survivor perks no doubt without Iri head. The whole game is just becoming a battle of crutches
Is it aiming though when you're not aiming at the survivor? I can't simply aim and release, I'd never hit. I have to predict where they will be or which direction they're going to dodge. A method I often use is aim away from them then quickly turn to them as hatchet releases to get the hit. It's no easy task on a controller. I was watching a twitch steamer after I played against them and he kept saying I was missing. I wasn't missing, he was dodging them very well, it's a huge difference.
