Noed doesn't need any buffs it's already a badly designed perk and that would just make it worse.
DS is in the best place it's ever been right now, the only way those changes myn't work is if the timer got paused while in chase or if the survivor got downed.
For noed what type of change would it need, right now its an end game perk like a few others that killers and survivors have. The problem that others seem to have with is that it 1 hits survivor so I thoght the effect broken would give survivors some chance but the killers need to hit the survivor to make it happen or if they were hit from before and taking away the speed boost and replace it with something else
For DS if it was only 30 seconds at max, I like the idea of when they get downed they keep it, its not going away if the killer leaves them on the ground so the killers are still going to have to deal with it. On top of that they can use it later in the game if they need to if they were left on the ground and got up but they would need to get unhooked again and be downed in 30 seconds again. im going to put this change change for DS in the main post

They weren't being toxic though...
If you didn't want feedback I'm not really sure why you posted this on a public forum?
the lmao part kinda was and was not needed they just could of said it did not need the buff and gave a reason why but they did not

there was no reason to be toxic about it but if you dont mind to explain your self why is this way going to be a buff and to you why dose it need to be changed or should it stay how it is

I think Hex perks in general need to be reworked, into perks that have up to 5 active tiers and which tier it is depends on how many totems remain uncleansed. That way, they're not 'all or nothing' deals that are either way too OP or completely wasted.
NOED could be reworked quite well in such a system, into something like:
When the final generator is repaired, NOED gains tokens equal to the number of totems uncleansed. Any successful hit will consume one token and put the survivor into the dying state.
i like how complain about stuff but they never give ideas to help out they just say its to op and they just want it nerf they never give why its op or needs a nerf i dont think noed needs a nerf at all i think its fine the way it is but i did give an idea what they could do to it im just waiting on what people think on it along with another perk

plz do leave a comment on what to you think and explain why this could or could not work doing this can help bounce ideas to make the game more fun
