• This bug happened to me again. This time I was being chased by Nemesis at Hawkins Laboratory when I hopped in a locker and tried to craft a flashbang. I think he tried to open the locker at the same time I crafted the flashbang and something went wrong. The killer couldn't interact with the locker and I couldn't do anything after the flashbang was created. Also the crows circled the locker instead of sitting on top.

• I don't remember. This might have been the case. To me it sounded like the full 100% sounds but that could just be my ears as I'm not used to killers using that perk. I know that killers have to use Stridor for the tome challenge so maybe that's why it's not happening in every game.
