Previously I thought it was the one with that room that has the giant portal, but its actually just that generator only one person can do upstairs. It's called the "Isolation Room" Since it's literally just a small room with no windows and a padded walls and ceiling.
From what I could gather, it looked like the Demogorgon came out of that room considering the guy who's on the floor looked like he was flung right outside of the doorway into the wall.
Please, go watch Stranger Things and you won't regret it one bit. It's really an amazing show. Actually as I meantioned... (mild spoiler) that is Eleven's room. She did that to that guy, when she smashed open the door, not the Demogorgon.

Yup, it's the one at the very top. The room where Eleven is in, during season 1. Or at least I'm pretty sure that's the room. it's the one man gen at the top.

It is just unluckiness unfortunately, it doesn't have anything to do with your game. The map and the offerings are hard enough to get as is, but if you continue to level say... a Killer or Survivor who's P3-50, the spawn rate for them increases tremendously compared to the base spawn rate.
This is due to how many nodes the Blood-Web produces now, but also because the higher pretiged tiers grant a better chance at getting rarer drops.
Yeah, I'll just level my Kate now. She's P3-50 with all the perks so if anybody's got the chance it's her. Thanks for the replies, man.

For me, I was able to get all the achievements (Except Denied! that was impossible to get on the first day) ON the first day, and I was lucky enough to get a offering for the map to go there and get a team that was willing to help me survive to get the achievement for that map.
I'm sorry to hear you're not able to get the map consistently, or at all... But I think because of how many maps there are, it's quite hard to land on it in the first place normally. In your case, you're just EXTREMELY unlucky to not get it within 50 hours...
I mean, let's hope it's just unluckiness. Then I may be able to get the new map. I just re-installed the game again in hopes that may have fixed it. fingers crossed.

You could try leveling a character and hope you get an offering for that map. I however haven't seen many of those in my bloodwebs
I have leveled Demo to p3-50+, both Steve and Nancy to 40. Literally 0 offerings in either of their bloodwebs for the new map.

Dave said a while back on stream that the reason they don't jump, talk and etc. is because this is the Entity's realm and it decides the rules. Survivors are in a nightmare like state, like when you are in a nightmare you sometimes can't talk or do/see things like writing. It's like that. They are just unable to because the Entity wants it to be like that.

But the question is why does the Odd Stamp say "Uruguay" in Entity Speech? And when you use it on a map, meaning you stamp the map with that It magically increases your range of tracking ability considerably.
The description for Alex’s toolbox, it reads:
Most of the tools are identified as “owned by Alex".
The note on the Engineer's Toolbox reads:
“I've created tools beyond compare and stood paralyzed as they were stolen from me. These are but a poor replica, spat out by the fog." - Vigo's Journal
So it could be that either one of them is from Uruguay. Or if My theory is correct and they are in fact one person it means he/she is from Uruguay or at least traveled there or something of the sorts.

If you put "Definitely, that's why you're here ; Skill reflection." into Urdu and try to translate to English you'll get this: "Burial, underneath the other; Scale Reletters" so the Entity might be saying to bury survivors on top of each other? To dominate them with skill?
The entire sentence might be: "That's exactly why you are here, to bury them one after another/on top of each other. (with skill?)"
