• Why did the entity choose her if she never really did anything bad before she died of the sickness? Billy was abused so he killed his parents and that's why the entity came. The wraith was tricked into killing people, so he went crazy and killed his boss (I think). The nurse went literally crazy and killed a bunch of patients. And so on. What did the plague do other than take a few followers with her when she left? Is her "Abandonment of her people" count as something worth the entity coming and claiming her?

  I don't think I ever heard Billy speak before? Just make a grunting noise when the survivor wiggles free. It sounds like a grunt or something. Not "Why". But I might be wrong.
