I disagree with this completely. The Devs have made this very clear. They could be trying to figure out what they want to do with Chucky. They might even be setting him up for a Rework of some degree and just simply dont have the time to do that at the moment.
well if they rework him i wonder what type of change it would be..

Except he can down unlike legion and doesn't get slowed almost to a stop like pig, he can still get downs so easily
i can tell u never play chucky after the nerfs, im p100 chucky so i know what im saying, one mistake and survivors escape (this game has become survivor sided)

That's just a skill issue and I can't say much else, he gets changed the require just slightly more thinking and people act like he got gutted, thats crazy
he did get gutted he's slow like pig/legion and his scampers are pretty much useless since the turn rate is only 45 degrees..

no all they did was reverted his cooldown that he had before the nerf but they need to revert the speed as well but they keep giving chucky a bad rep!
