Y'all are right, I shoudn't worry about looking bad slugging if another survivor is nearby. I'm working on my mindgames and trying to get moonwalking going. I put on I'm all ears when I played after posting this and it's been a big help with that.
I actually just finished a match that SWF We're all looping me like crazy. Doing so well, that I had 0 hooks and they had 1 gen to go. They got cocky. 3 kept looping me and I took them all down. The. I am TERRIBLE with them, unless I think I can get a blind in I won't even bother bugging the killer with it. I only bring them into a match if I forget to put it away after escaping with it from previous match or I have a blinding challenge and the character I'm using doesn't have a firecracker. I wish firecrackers were regular item because I'm not completely useless with those.
I haven't seen firecrackers in about 6 months 😅 I actually forgot they were a thing until you brought it up. And I agree with you. Much more useful

Don't worry so much about leveling. Just have fun. Do your thing. If you kill them all, you kill them all. If not, enjoy that you completed the rituals, and had fun. I play as doc mainly, and hardly kill all the survivors. I just have a blast shocking the map and listening to them scream. All I need in life.

I'm a doctor main. The reason for that is I have so much fun using him. Playing against, depending on the user, can be terrifying. But I feel that it's never boring. Would love to have more explanation

Why? Because every game is just me and my teammates running around like decapitated chickens because this wad of failure got a buff that gives him the ability to shock us all into madness (simultaneously on small maps) and doesn't even have to use a single tracking perk to do it. Then he gets a way to insta-win any terminal engagement because they gave him the ability to stop survivors from vaulting AND pallet dropping AND gaining more madness. Then my skill checks start wheeling around all over the place and backwards because apparently he didn't have enough abilities before. And if that wasn't enough by the end of the game I'm tier 3 all the time so I can't do crap until I clear madness.
But then it gets worse. Because Doctor's don't need tracking perks-what do they choose? I can think of only one that did not run NOED so you know that's always coming 99.9% of the time. I've met a few that do this really crappy thing and run insidious. Why you might ask? Because the Doctor has yet another ability that creates illusory stills of the Doctor that aren't real, so I go down into the basement to unhook thinking that's a still beside the survivor and of course it is not.
If there's lag the skill check problem is compounded. Honestly, if I were trying to make a bad character, I would have come up with the Doctor. I just DC every time I hear his TR or charge go off in the beginning of the match. I'm not proud of it but I refuse to play with them.

As a Doc main, I will tell you that I push my terror radius as high as it'll go, and run around to shock everybody. Winning is actually my last priority. It's fun.
So I guess I agree with everything you just listed, and may need to change my style with him

Freddy gets an honorable mention because I literally have no idea what to do against Forever Freddy.
Also The Doctor. The Doctor is the reason I run Calm Spirit on one of my main Survivors, Nancy. I hate screaming and whenever I go against one with Nancy I basically can do whatever I want.
I'm horrible against both of them too!
But as a Doc main, I will tell you that it's more for the static and less of actually winning for me. I laugh when he does. Just like making the entire map scream😅

I find that I've been accused of that. But as a killer main, I tend to focus on three gens that are closest together, and patrol those. My system is flawed for sure, but it keeps it intense for me.
So in doing so, I feel that I run into the same survivor or two for the majority of the time. But hey, that's not my fault!
