Have some understanding, he wants to play DBD.
We've all been in this situation, more or less.
Besides, I've had this happen to me last night a couple of times when trying Nemesis. I am however used to this treatment after being subjected to it over 300 times.

EDIT: Just tested it. While Surveillance works with it, Dragon's Grip and Overchange DO NOT work on the other gens that you personally have not kicked. Too bad :D

No, they aren't difficult. I actually play Methslinger quite a lot. I'm just frustrated at the fact that it's just easier on PC as you can use your Redeemer or line up your Punishment of the Damned without struggles. It's the fact that you need to put some more elbow grease in to make it work more often is the annoying part.

After years of experience with such a messy job, you know how to slow 'em down and just toy around.
After hooking a survivor, you gain a token which can be used when performing using a basic attack on another survivor. When this token is consumed the affected survivor will move at a decreased movement speed of 1%/2%/3% until that survivor is next healed.
