Lights out could be good yea, and also, it would be funny because in VC, if someone asks like is this you, and they say no, and then they realize, that could be a scary jumpscare to a player lol when the killer unmasks itself

Well the skin could change every mask, from one of the four survivors, it could shuffle

Imitation by itself isn't that powerful.
This killer needs an additional power, the mask should be secondary. Also, the 1-3 second cool down is unnecessary, the killer should be able to basic attack out of the disguise.
