• Should slugging be bannable?

  Ran into a Leatherface who intentionally slugged everyone and didn't hook anybody, forcing all to wait out the bleed out timer. Should this be allowed or not? What are your thoughts? IMO since he's refusing to hook intentionally not trying to win(aka. not participating in normal gameplay). And also maybe trying not to win in order to stay in lower ranks(he was brown rank), ruining never player
