• The perk Surge should activate for else than a basic attack (M1)

I dont mean necessary to a M2 and M1 activate surge, but my idea was to create a new category: "basic weapon", because I would love to use surge especcially on blight, demogorgon and pig, and dont worry to use the M2 attack and it doesnt activate surge, but i think that would be kinda strong (not OP or anything even because there is a 60 s cooldown, which could be reduced to 40s in my opinion) o
