I don't know if he's the worst but his definitely one of the worst, and its not even his power (mostly) its how the maps are made; 80% of the time you get stuck on some random object. I've played around 8 hours of him 5 on PC and 3 on PS4 and honestly how did they expect console players to aim with him, they def need to add a sensitivity option on him.
