• Hex Ruin changes but no gen time?

  The notes say that Ruin is used in a massive amount of games (I'd be willing to bet it's the #1 pick in the entire game, including Survivor perks), but didn't address why at all. Changing Ruin is pointless without changing repair speeds because that's why it's used. Killers don't care about emblems, I've never heard anyone being annoyed they missed out on Gatekeeper. Without addressing gen spee
