• Recovering from the down state

  I think everyone by now has noticed the cheap trick, (can't wait to hear the killers defense on this) of downing people then leaving them to run and find other people. A good fix for this unsportsman tactic would be to make it so anyone can fully recover from the downed state themselves, not changing the healing speed or anything like that of course.

  Billys ability to quickly move across the map with absolutly no consequence at all just so he can one shot people before they even detect his terror radius when he curves around the corner after traveling a large distance across the map is beyond broken; he can destroy everyone the majority of the time in less than a few minutes, even when they don't mess up cause he has no penalty to having such
