  When I run the game from Steam it will show me the EAC splash for a minute and then after it closes the game will launch in the background, I can see it in Task Manager and it is stuck at 300mb, steam also shows it as running, but there is no game to be seen. When I run the game from the shipping.exe I can enter the game but it forces me to quit cause you obviously need to run it from steam so i

There is a dbd.exe process stuck at 300mb but it stays that way, steam also shows the game as running.
