SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: Across every Killer (I have them all at least p9), the perk "Bloodhound" is stuck at only Tier 1. It does not appear on the bloodweb and my Wraith is p11. SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: On certain walls on various different maps (I have noticed it on RPD and Father Campbell's Chapel in my most recent session), Krasue's Leeching Gland will simply hit a wall and disappear without any splatter effect.
