  Self Care Unlocks the ability to heal yourself without a Med-Kit at 50% of the normal Healing speed. Mend yourself at 25/30/35% of the normal mending speed. There aren't any survivor perks that effect the speed at which the survivor can mend, only killer add-ons. The perk should be reverted to 50% healing speed, and instead of healing item efficiency being the upgrade from leveling, repl

  Platform: PC Description: Downed survivor, was unable to pick them up in this corner no matter which way I faced. Steps: Destory totem, get downed, crawl to this corner How Often: First time I've seen it happen
