• "On Guard" trophy (and many others) blocked when moving from PS4 to PS5

  When you moving from PS4 to PS5 and continue to play using your previous progress, it's not possible (or at least I didn't manage to figure out how to do it) to unlock trophies related to your weapons. Game does not recognize already bought modifications and you can't re-trigger them. It leads to impossibility to unlock trophy "On Guard" at all (because there is only one defensive type right now)
