• Shared perks problem

  Hi everyone. I don't know why I have two of three shared perks at tier 3 and one of them is still on tier 2 although my current prestige level on Oni is 9. Do you know what can I do to get this perk on tier 3? Sorry if it's obvious, I didn't play for a while
