Hello all, My boyfriend recently picked up DBD for the first time and is playing and learning killer. While yes, he is new and mistakes are obviously expected, he is without a doubt being matched with way too many survivors who don’t belong with his skill level. I don’t make topics myself too often, but I felt I really wanted to get some reach with my sentiments. Thank you to anyone I’ve ever played a match with, even the frustrating ones. I have a lot of great memories with this game, with this community, and with the friends I’ve made along the way. As of today, I will not be able to pick up this game anymore. Toxic is hate mail, toxic is harassing in end-game chat, toxic is cheating and exploiting bugs, toxic is purposely breaking the rules. Toxic isn't you dying early because a killer camped and/or tunneled you. Toxic isn't being stunned two or three times in a row by different survivors or perks. Speaking as a survivor main, the DS change was needed, for sure. However, it doesn’t do virtually anything to prevent tunneling (not that it fully did in the first place) I suggest, in addition to the conditions set so far (touching a gen/totem/healing someone/etc), DS should remove its timer and be active indefinitely until another person is hooked. Good morning guys, I've been playing this game since about September 2019, not sure how many hours in total but I'm a bit over level 5 devotion, for context. I've played around with perks constantly and I never run any metas, but the one perk I've 100% never pulled out of my build is Spine Chill. First: this isn’t a whiny post about the devs/nerfs/changes, at all. This is about the ######### dbd community. I’m a rank 2 solo survivor main. My friends don’t really play games like this, which is fine. I’ve been playing for only a year so I know that’s got nothing on many of you. But after just one year, I’ve noticed a drastic difference. “Fall from a great height while being chased 4 times” I’ve already done this 3 times now, all in Hawkins with that big hole in the floor drop, and I’m still at 0/4 I don’t know what the devs consider a “great height” to be if not that. People dropping one by one, all in the same area. People crouching in corners doing absolutely nothing. Teammate saving me from a hook right in front of a killer.
