  With the amount of new characters in game i think we need to change how perks are acquired on new characters. I propose that we stop getting random perks in bloodweb, ruther we would get some kind of tokens that would allow us to get one level of any perk we have unlocked. This will make levelling new characters less frustrating if you want that one perk, and new players will still have a sense o
