  There are 2 reasons why I suggest this Ping, every single time I play against a East European/Russian killer they seem to be extremely laggy, also this would make it better for themselves. They like ruining your games, I really don't like saying this but lets be honest. Almost every single Russian or Eastern European I play against/with seems to be really toxic and they just like to ruin you
