  With the amount of characters now in the game, it's a daunting and disheartening task to try and unlock new perks for newer players. Here's a simple suggestion to make it more bearable: First time you level a new character, the bloodweb requires less bloodpoints to buy things (maybe 50% cheaper?) Once you hit level 50 with the character, or maybe 40 when the final perk is unlockabe, the bloodwe
