  Guys im very confused. What should I do to unlock tier 3 perks from all my characters? Right now I leveled them to 40 lvl so my every killer has unlocked teachable perks. Will this transfer these perks to different characters when the uptade come live? Or do I have to prestige 1 all these killers?
