  When a survivor gets out of a bear trap (whether by themselves or with help), they are hindered (20% slow) and hemmoraged (leave lots of blood) for 10 seconds after they exit the trap. Let Trapper have some reward if he traps someone but is unable to get there in time. It's also thematic, I mean the persons leg did just get crushed by a bear trap.
