    Seriously, I am still getting matched against and with people who have WAY MORE SKILL THAN I DO. I'm 300 hours into this game and I'm going against people with 2000 hours +. I'm getting steamed rolled in all my games. Could you please make this game more new player friendly. Good god, I'm not enjoying this at all and I'm regretting spending any money on this game. Frustrating.

    Can you guys please hurry up on the new match making system. I DO NOT DESERVE TO BE A RED RANK SURVIVOR. I have maybe 270 hours into this game. I DO NOT HAVE THE SKILLS TO BE DECENT IN RED RANKS. I started this game like 2 or 3 weeks before the map changes that lowered pallets and loops. I did not get to practice when the maps were easier for survivors. I CANNOT KEEP UP WITH RED RANK KILLERS.

    I'm going to post this probably every day. CHANGE HOW EASY IT IS TO RANK UP IN THIS GAME. I am still new to this game barely 3 months in and I'm red rank survivor already. I am now getting absolutely stomped in almost every game. I am not enjoying my self and at this point I'd even take a refund of this game. For the love of Pete do SOMETHING to address this.

    I have just gotten over 100 hours in this game, maybe owned it....2 1/2 months. I'm already a red rank survivor...how. I get absolutely wrecked in games and I don't have all the "clutch" perks cause again just over 100 hours. Why was it SO EASY to rank up..... I haven't enjoyed my last.....5 games? Frustrating.

    I started playing a couple days ago, and so far the experience is not great. I keep getting paired with people who clearly know this game very well. As a survivor it seems I'm always the first one targeted and hooked. As a killer if I manage to down one person it's a miracle. Out of the 2 days of playing I think I've had maybe 3 matches where I still died or lost but felt like I contributed and
