  I just wanted to voice my frustration with changing pharmacy's chest search speed to only work while injured. That was the primary reason for using the perk for me in the past since I only really liked using the perk alongside a general chest build (Plunderer's, Pharmacy, Ace in the Hole, Appraisal/Detectives Hunch).
