I updated blood web for Jay Park till 50 lvl and no more new perks but orange native Jay's 4 perks I didn't see and new generated blood web for this character has no new perks. So I didn't meet any orange learning ability in bloodweb and can't learn Jay Park's abilities for other survs

  Need more info
