• when is reconnect option being added / changes to DC penalty?

  Makes no sense to have DC penalties that don't reset when there isn't a reconnect option. Connection quality dips for less than 10 seconds at any point during a game & the experience goes from a mild inconvenience to ruining the match for everyone because there isn't a way back into the game after those 10 seconds, plus there is no reason to be disconnected in such a short time frame anyways.
