• Will P3 Nancy or Steve grant their teachables?

  Question about upcoming mid-chapter release: If I get Nancy and Steve to P3 in the upcoming update, will their teachables be available at tier 3 to all my survivors? Or are their perks removed from this new system because their perks have been turned into non-teachables? Perhaps if people already own them it will still apply?
