• How can I speak to a supervisor or someone higher up?

  I have made 2 tickets about a permanent ban on my account that I believe was falsely applied and I have gotten no support from the staff whatsoever. With my first ticket, I explained the situation and I got a ticket nearly a month later stating I had to put my appeal through easy anti-cheat. Not only did the employee give me the wrong code to send to easy anti-cheat, it technically counted as a d
