  SO my bug report got declined by the admins because according to them its a technical issue even though I've done everything technical to fix it, but here we go. Since this last update I have been experiencing a really bad lag spike about every 30 seconds or so that is making the game very unplayable for me.   SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: Consistently, I have been getting this lag that can last either .5 seconds or 3 seconds, it happens during chases or important things like skill checks and it genuinely has made the game very unplayable for me. I have done absolutely everything I can to find the root of this issue, fixing settings, fixing my polling rate, vsync settings, disabled mouse smoothing in the game
